The Outcome
Lower Ground floor extension (excavation), ground floor rear extensions, terrace conversion, internal re-furnishment – of a mid-terrace 4 storey family townhouse.
The main challenge was to open up the back of the house to the garden which was at a lower level to the ground floor. The result is a decent connection between living space and the garden and more daylight in
Proposed- a decent connection to the garden.
